Using the donation form on the right select one of the organisations in this year’s edition and decide where and how much you wish to donate. If you wish to make multiple donations, simply reload the page after your first donation and fill out the payment form again. We will contact you separately about claiming your electronic certificate.

Download and complete the order form on the catalogue here. Make cheques payable to the ‘Cornish Christmas Giving Catalogue’ and post them to: Cornish Christmas Giving Catalogue, Church House, Woodlands Court, Truro Business Park, Threemilestone. TR4 9NH.

Gift Aid information will only be shared with those organisations who are eligible to claim.

• Change your name or home address;
• No longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains claims.
